Extended Benefits Report

This will create a report to submit to NC Department of Public Instruction (DPI).

This report can be submitted, instead of the previous spreadsheet with a row for each child, by users who need to send Extended Benefit information to the DPI.

• Click Print to create the report. Submit report to DPI.
